Lets forget all these AYoumu questions and here is a serious question. You probably want to keep the normal 1.8 touhoumons stay as they are in the original and I can respect that but can you please make letty not so bleh to use. She doesnt really seem to have anything to make her stand out besides for the ice typing and the ability to selfdestruct.

even if i made one of the Ubers into wild that is lvl1-5, its still impossible to catch it?

i think you should make AYoumu an out of dex Legendary Pokemon who will be located in a hidden entrance thats in somewhere in the walls of Naval Rock as Lvl 5, and and is 1% catch rate, and only 5% when her hp reaches to red, the hardest legendary out of dex pokemon to catch
